A book signing ceremony for “The Path of Leadership– Following the Footsteps of Mohammed bin Rashid” by H.E. Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri, Executive President of the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government, was held at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library in Dubai. The event brought together senior officials, academics, and leadership enthusiasts from across the UAE.
The book highlights the leadership philosophy of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and reflects his approach to nation-building, empowering talent, and cultivating future-ready leaders. Dr. Al Marri described the publication as a culmination of over a decade of professional experience in government, offering a practical framework inspired by His Highness’s visionary model of effective and inspirational leadership.
The ceremony featured a panel discussion exploring the book’s key themes, followed by the signing session and an opportunity for attendees to meet the author. The book presents ten leadership milestones that chart a path of self-development, empowerment, and impact, reaffirming the UAE’s commitment to excellence in modern governance.
