The MBRSG library aims to be a comprehensive knowledge resource center for the region on issues related to public policy and administration. Its mission: to support teaching, research, and lifelong learning by utilizing the best possible resources and latest information technologies available. This is achieved by:
- Developing a core collection of materials, including print books, periodicals, and electronic resources that cater for the academic and research needs of the School.
- Employing highly qualified and experienced staff to effectively manage its resources and services.
- Creating and nurturing strong relationships with local and regional libraries for inter-library resource sharing.
- Responding to the diverse and changing needs of its faculty, staff, students and researchers by utilizing the best information technology infrastructure and knowledge resources.
- Providing information literacy programs that enhance lifelong learning in a knowledge-based economy.

Lending Privileges
- Students 6 books each for 2 weeks
- Faculty 8 books each for 1 month
- Research Associates 8 books each for 1 month
- Staff 4 books each for 2 weeks
Lending Rules
- A valid MBRSG ID card must be produced when borrowing books
- Periodicals, current and back issues, are not to be issued
- Reference books cannot be borrowed and taken out of the library
- A user may renew a book if it has not been requested by someone else
- A fine of AED 1.00 per day may be imposed if an item is not returned by the due date
- Returned within the due date.
- Lost or damaged material must be paid for by the user
General Rules
- The library is designed for quiet study and research. All users are expected to be respectful of others by observing silence and keeping mobiles on silent mode.
- Copyright laws should be adhered to while making photocopies of any materials.

Sunday - Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM
Fridays - 8 AM - 12 PM
Note: The library remains open during block teaching days.
