The Policymaking Capacity Building Program, designed by the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government and the Executive Council of Dubai Government, aims to enhance the skills and abilities of public sector leaders and managers responsible for challenging strategic policy development and change initiatives. A series of intensive programs in strategic thinking, strategic planning, and strategic implementation, in line with global best practices in public policymaking, were developed to achieve this goal.
