The Ministry of Interior, in collaboration with the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG), launched the third edition of the “Executive Programme for Innovation Leaders” at MBRSG’s headquarters in Dubai. The six-month programme, comprising 205 training hours, aims to equip national talent with the knowledge and practical skills needed to lead innovation, develop forward-looking solutions, and enhance government and security sector performance. Through a comprehensive learning approach combining classroom and virtual learning, practical training, applied innovation projects, and field visits, the programme reflects both entities’ commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, empowering national talent, and preparing future leaders to drive institutional excellence and anticipate emerging challenges
