As the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG) celebrates its 20th anniversary, Executive President H.E. Dr. Ali Bin Sebaa Al Marri reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to advancing leadership and governance “Empowering Future Leaders, following the steps of Mohammed bin Rashid.” Marking two decades of empowering national and regional leaders, MBRSG announced its new 2026–2033 strategy, designed to strengthen the UAE’s global leadership in public administration and innovation. The milestone celebration also includes the launch of the book Leadership Journey: On the Path of Mohammed bin Rashid, authored by H.E. Dr. Al Marri, offering a practical guide for current and future leaders. The new strategy introduces pioneering initiatives such as the Dubai Behavioral Insights Lab, emphasizing evidence-based policymaking and human-cantered innovation. Over the past 20 years, MBRSG has built a global academic and research network, produced more than 600 research publications, and trained over 30,000 leaders—cementing its role as a regional and international hub for excellence in public governance and leadership development.
