The Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG) has launched an innovative initiative titled “Leadership Storytelling” as part of its leadership training programs, successfully implemented during the Arab Leadership Program. The initiative introduced an interactive learning model that transformed real leadership experiences into practical lessons combining human depth with strategic insight. Through guided storytelling sessions, participants from across the Arab world shared defining leadership moments and reflected on key takeaways, fostering critical thinking, empathy, and communication skills. The program marks a step forward in MBRSG’s mission to redefine executive education by integrating lived experience with global leadership practices to prepare future-ready leaders.
