Dubai Public Prosecution, in partnership with the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government, has launched the “Qiyadat” (Leaders) Programme under the theme “Public Prosecution Leaders on the Path of Mohammed bin Rashid, Powered by Artificial Intelligence and Behavioural Insights.”

The launch was attended by HE Issam Issa Al Humaidan, Attorney General of the Emirate of Dubai, and HE Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri, Executive President of the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government, alongside senior officials from both entities.

The programme targets the development of second-tier national leaders at Dubai Public Prosecution, enhancing their readiness for future leadership roles through a model inspired by the leadership philosophy of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. It brings together 30 Emirati participants and combines executive training with applied learning, with a focus on artificial intelligence, behavioural insights, and practical solutions to real government challenges.
