Change is not a novel concept to organizations, but surprisingly studies indicate that roughly 75% of large-scale organizational change initiatives have failed. This reality has been compounded by the unpredictable, dynamic & volatile landscape of the 21st century. Extant research have focused on explaining the high failure rate & what is evident is the need for a revised approach to managing change. The information age in which we live requires employers & employees to be equipped with data-driven change management tools that support continuous improvement & upskilling that supports the organizational transformation initiatives

 

In this webinar a number of change management theories will be explored with a view to:

  1. Examine reasons for deferred success of change initiatives
  2. Set a vision for the change 
  3. Communicate  change across the entire organization
  4. Define a successful way to manage the change process through a more people-centric approach to transformation
  5. Define roles & responsibilities for change champions to increase wider buy-in
  6. Measure the success of change initiatives
  7. Develop policies that can be used to reinforce the change within the organizational culture.
