Overcoming Senior Leadership Challenges

This lecture targets senior management; CEOs, Managing Directors, General Managers, or anyone aspiring to be one. Being a successful leader does not mean that one can be totally satisfied with no concerns or challenges to face.
• How do you find and retain the right top talent?
• How do you balance the feedback and advice you get with your own out-of-the-box ideas?
• How can you stay above the water amidst internal and external pressures?
• How can you reach a less contentious relationship with your Board?
• Do you wonder sometimes if you, as CEO, should be sitting on the Board?
• How are your communication skills in the age of social media?
The two speakers will shed light on the struggles faced by senior leaders and provide insight on how to navigate these challenges successfully
