Workshop 2: Innovation Management insights

The Future carries with it great uncertainty, as we see with the COVID-19 crisis. Government leaders need to be able to define the uncertain future and more importantly, innovate towards these future goals. One type of visionary thinking is called Moonshots and became popular with the early space program. In the UAE, we are planning for 2117 - a Mars settlement, and a future few of us can imagine or live in. This is the MarShot. It requires a high level of imagination and innovation that pushes leaders and their people to their full capacity. This talk will take your through some key steps that define a MarShot. This is covered in greater detail in the various modules of the Master of Innovation Management program.
