About the Program

Value-Added Tax or VAT is effective from January 2018 in the UAE for the consumption or use of goods and services levied at the point of sale. The federal tax system came to enable the national economy to achieve the vision of the UAE 2021 and vision of strategic leaders for diversification of the sustainable economy and creation of leading economic sectors. Dubai Government seeks to ensure full tax compliance in order to ensure financial rights and effective implementation at all levels of government.
