Dr. Kassim Dakhlallah is an Assistant Professor at MBRSG.   Dr. Dakhlallah accumulated extensive teaching experience in the fields of economics and finance from universities in the region and the USA as well.  Prior to joining MBRSG, He worked as a senior economist at the Arab Monetary Fund where he collaborated on projects with experts from international organizations like the IMF, and prior to that he was an Assistant Professor at the American University of Dubai.   In addition, He lectured at the California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Dr. Dakhlallah   earned his PhD in economics from Claremont Graduate University, MA and BA in Economics and International Relations (Double Major) from Florida International University.

Dr.  Dakhlallah appeared on several TV live talk shows like “From Washington” on Al Jazeera and gave interviews to prestigious newspapers like the Washington Post and the International Herald Tribune.  He has been to the field in many countries in the world, specifically in the Middle East and West Africa, and he is eager to share his experiences with everyone.

Dr. Dakhlallah research interests are in the fields of monetary economics, international finance and institutional economics.  He published in peer reviewed journals and presented his findings in international conferences in Europe and the USA.
