UAE Model Research Center
Eiman Almarzooqi is Research Faculty Senior Manager and Manager of the UAE Model Research Center at the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG). She leads the Center's development, contributing to its strategic direction, research priorities, and institutional partnerships. The Center aims to advance knowledge on governance, competitiveness, and development by examining and documenting the UAE's experiences and translating them into research insights and practical lessons for public policy. Through applied research, in-depth case studies, strategic partnerships, and knowledge exchange, the Center seeks to inform policy thinking, inspire innovative approaches to governance, and deepen understanding of public policy and development by drawing on the UAE's government experiences, expertise, and practices.
As Research Faculty Senior Manager within MBRSG's Policy Research Department, Eiman oversees institutional research initiatives, research governance, and research publication processes, with a focus on enhancing the quality of research outputs and strengthening institutional partnerships to support public policy development and evidence-informed decision-making. Her role also involves engagement with government entities, academic institutions, researchers, and international partners to advance research collaboration and develop joint knowledge initiatives.
Eiman's professional experience spans public policy research, government advisory, strategic planning, and project management. She holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from MBRSG and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Sciences from Zayed University.
