Dr. Hassan Khudair is the Managing Director of HNW Research and Consultancy. He works with Chief Executive Officers on areas related to business transformation, product development and innovation. Dr. Hassan holds a PhD in Government Performance from the University of Bradford in the UK, and an MBA from Cardiff Business School in the UK, and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan.

Dr. Hassan was an Advisor at the Prime Ministers’ Office in the UAE for more than 8 years, working at Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program. In his capacity as an advisor with the Prime Minister’s Office, he was a key player in leading the design of the Fourth Generation of the Government Excellence System, the most pioneering excellence program for the public sector. He also participated in the design of the performance management system for the UAE Government; Dr. Hassan also participated in developing the excellence award categories of Mohamed Bin Rashid Government Excellence Award which is considered the most prestigious award at the government level in the UAE.

He also participated in the design and review of the Federal government entities strategic and operational plans since 2007. He worked recently with the Government of Sultanate of Oman to develop the strategic statements (mission and vision) for all the Omani government entities through creative labs and workshops. He is also an Adjunct Faculty at the Faculty of Business and Management at the University of Wollongong in Dubai teaching at the MQM (Master of Quality Management) program.
