Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government receives South African Consul General

His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri, Executive President of Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG) received a high-level delegation from South Africa, comprising His Excellency Mogobo David Magabe, Consul General of South Africa in Dubai, and Mpho Mminele, Consul for Political Affairs.
During the meeting, His Excellency Dr. Al Marri delivered a welcoming speech in which he expressed his appreciation for the visit and reaffirmed MBRSG’s aspirations to work with the National School of Government in South Africa to further academic ties, exchange knowledge and expertise, and improve the government performance in both countries.
Professor Raed Awamleh, Dean of MBRSG and Dr. Arthur King, Director of Academic Affairs at MBRSG, along with a number of professors, presented the academic curricula offered by the school, highlighting its programmes and its role in developing governance and public policies in the UAE and the region. The two parties also exchanged experiences and views on the latest global directions in the field of research, and explored areas of cooperation between MBRSG and the National School of Government, including opportunities for student exchange within specialised academic programmes.
