15 participants from the Abu Dhabi Development Fund attended the two day strategy planning program at the headquarters of the Abu Dhabi Development Fund. The training was designed to equip the participants with the following set of skills:

 

1-Preparation of action plans aligned with the strategic plan of the institution as per the Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats (SWOT) analysis.

2-the ability to translate the annual plan into operational plan, monthly or weekly in a timely and efficient manner

3- the ability to monitor the implementation of the plan, deal with the discrepancies and rectify them as per the performance indicators and measures
