The Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG) has released a new academic publication titled “Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence: Between Scientific Concepts and Advanced Executive Application”, reinforcing its role as a leading regional and global reference in public administration and governance. Co-authored by H.E. Dr. Ali Bin Sebaa Al Marri, Executive President of MBRSG; Prof. Khaled Wazani, Professor of Economics and Public Policy; and Saleh Al Hammouri, Training and Development Expert, the book bridges theory and practice to provide an integrated framework that enhances government performance, agility, and innovation.

Launched alongside MBRSG’s 2025–2026 Academic Orientation Day, the book offers advanced analytical and practical tools to support future and current leaders in translating strategic visions into actionable transformation programs. It highlights global models of institutional excellence while showcasing the UAE’s pioneering approach to government innovation, inspired by the leadership philosophy of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The publication aims to serve as both a scientific and practical reference for researchers, practitioners, and decision-makers, fostering evidence-based policymaking and sustainable institutional development across the public sector.
