Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government and Dubai Municipality have signed a cooperation agreement for the development and training of young future leaders in the municipality. The "Leaders of Tomorrow" program aims to develop the leadership skills and performance levels of employees through education and ongoing training. The program targets UAE nationals at Dubai Municipality who have high qualifications, hold key positions, and demonstrate high performance.
