The Dubai Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department (IACAD), in collaboration with the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG), celebrated the graduation of the first cohort of the “Future Leaders Empowerment” program, designed to equip government professionals with advanced leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and future foresight.
