Dubai Municipality Graduates 30 Leaders from “Leadership Empowerment” Program in Collaboration with MBRSG
Dubai Municipality graduated 30 senior leaders from the first and second cohorts of the Executive Diploma in Leadership Empowerment, developed in collaboration with the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG). The program aimed to strengthen leadership capabilities, equip municipal leaders with global best practices in governance and administration, and enhance their strategic thinking and decision-making skills. The graduation ceremony, held at Dubai Frame, was attended by Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Acting Director General of Dubai Municipality; Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Chairman of MBRSG’s Board of Trustees; and Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri, Executive President of MBRSG, along with senior officials.
Bin Ghalita emphasized the importance of developing future-ready leaders who could navigate the evolving government landscape with agility and innovation. Dr. Al Marri highlighted MBRSG’s commitment to advancing government excellence through specialized training and leadership development. The diploma focused on innovation, execution excellence, future foresight, and strategic leadership, equipping participants with the skills to drive impactful change and enhance Dubai Municipality’s service excellence.
