Government financial skills for government executive leaders (non-financial)
Introduction:
In light of the complexity and increasing globalization of the government business environment, it has become necessary for non-financial leaders to have a comprehensive understanding of the government financial framework to ensure value creation and maximize growth. To achieve success at any career level or leadership position, knowledge of financial and accounting principles is critical. Decision makers need accurate financial information to improve the decision-making process, as all decisions made in various fields include financial aspects.
This program helps participants use financial and government accounting concepts as effective decision-making tools. The program includes basic knowledge of accounting and financial skills for non-specialists, allowing them to understand the government's financial performance, rationalize government spending, and raise work efficiency.
