The program aims at building capacities in the area of consultancy for delegates who are interested in acquiring the tools and techniques mainly related to Management Consultancy and apply it internally in their organizations. 

Program’s objectives:

1. Gain the knowledge and skills to deliver professional consulting assignments and projects
2. Understand the code of ethics for the management consulting profession
3. Develop the necessary skills in analyzing and problem solving various management challenges and opportunities
4. Learn, develop and evaluate the outputs of consulting projects

All applicants should have:

1. a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the field of business administration, public administration or related specializations
2. a minimum of 3 years of work experience in one of  the following areas of management: strategy and organizational performance, corporate governance, human resources management, knowledge management, innovation management or any related field 
3. participated in a number of training courses, workshops and conferences
4. Fluency to communicate verbally and in writing in both Arabic and English
