Arab Public Administration Report: Digital Transformation Report launched during WGS 2023
Launched during the World Government Summit 2023, and during the second round of the Arab Public Administration Forum, the Arab Public Administration: Digital Transformation Report, which signifies the importance of redesigning government digital systems to reduce the large gap between the expectations of Arab societies and the digital services provided by governments.
The government's government report confirmed: the 'digital' index in its second edition for the year 2023, corrected numbers. The launch of the report came as part of the work of the second session of the Arab Government Administration Forum, in partnership with the World Summit Foundation for the Seminar, and the Arab Organization for Sustainable Development in the League of Arab States. Challenges and opportunities of digital government. The report was launched in Arabic in partnership between the World Government Summit Foundation and The Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO) in the League of Arab States. The report conducted more than 1,600 interviews with government officials concerned with administrative development and civil service in the Arab countries, with the aim of studying their views on future directions and exploring digital transformation and its role in developing Arab government work. The report was developped in partnership with the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government, and Arab experts in government administration worked on preparing and editing it from prestigious academic and research institutions, including the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government in the UAE, the Hult International Business School in the United States of America, and the University of Melbourne in Australia. experts include Dr. Yassar Jarrar, member of the Board of Trustees of the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government, a professor at Hult International Business School in the United States, Dr. Fadi Salem, Director of Policy Research at the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government, and Hala Hatamleh, Director of Research at the International Consulting Group.
