Course Description

This training program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to benefit from design thinking in preparing policies. Design thinking is a problem-solving tool that focuses on the expectations and needs of people, and then develop proposals to bring about change through repeated tests and experience, and design thinking methodologies help to offering different people-centered solutions that are comprehensive, integrated, and better targeted.
