Innovation Day 1:
Citizen Centricity Becoming A Service Top Priority- Bringing out the Service Champion in You
There are more connected devices than people on earth!
The Citizen has changed. Now it is your turn. What is the role of government in this Hyper Networked Economy.
The transformation seems to have happened overnight. Yet like all market revolutions, it was driven not by a single event, but through the convergence of long-term trends that reached a dramatic tipping point.
Citizens want predictable and trustworthy services from government programs. They also want access to these services across multiple channels, from the time they apply until they receive benefits.
Governments need consistent and harmonized information and processes across service and grantor programs. Only then can they reduce inefficiency and increase resource flexibility. Both citizens and agencies need a clear understanding of eligibility and entitlement rules to ensure the proper and rightful delivery of services.
Join us to learn more about how best-run governments deliver responsive services and quality of life for citizens.
