Course Description

This program is designed to provide participants with the required competencies to improve their emotional intelligence as leaders. Participants will discover the importance of emotional intelligence as well as its positive impact on professionally and socially in order to increase the effectiveness of their relationships at work and in life in general. Also, participants will learn how to take advantage of emotional intelligence skills by helping them to develop a personal development plan to improve all dimensions of emotional intelligence required, and its applications at work.
