Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government organized two customized training programs, “Strategy Planning & Project Management,” for the Abu Dhabi Development Fund. The training program was designed to equip participants with skills including the ability to prepare action plans aligned with the institution's strategic plan as per the SWOT analysis. This includes translating the annual plan into operational plans, monitoring implementation, dealing with discrepancies, and rectifying them according to performance indicators and measures.
