Dr. Camila Vammalle is an Assistant Professor at MBRSG. She previously worked as a senior economist/policy analyst at the OECD for ten years, at the Public Governance and Territorial Development Directorate. She specialized in public budgeting, sustainability of public health systems and multi-level governance, and managed the OECD Networks of Governance of Infrastructure and PPPs, Fiscal Sustainability of Health Systems and Fiscal Relations across Levels of Government. She liaised with government officials, organized international meetings, carried out international surveys and coordinated in-depth budget reviews, territorial development reviews and fiscal sustainability of health systems reviews. Dr Camila has taught in the Masters of Economics of International Development at Sciences Po Paris, and of Public Administration and Strategic Public Policy at the American University of Paris. Prior to joining the OECD, Dr. Camila worked for the Buenos Aires office of Deloitte and Touch, setting up their Transfer Pricing Department. She also worked for the Latin American Film Festival of Biarritz. Dr. Camila Vammalle holds a bachelor degree in Economics from the Universidad de San Andrés (Buenos Aires, Argentina), a Master degree in Applied Economics and International Economic Relations and a PhD in Economics, both from Sciences Po (Paris, France).
