Alshaali Holds a master's degree from UAE University; currently studying PhD at the University of UUM in Malaysia, Alshaali has more than 4 high certificates in deferent fields, for instant;   "human resources management expert; HRMP℠ - SHRM", "Master Strategy Expert; DCA - IFEAS ", " Professional trainer Certificate; ILM "and" EFQM 2013 Assessor".

Currently he is working as an institutional development expert at the Ministry of Energy in the UAE; and previously as a Deputy General Director of Development affaires (land and property - Ajman), and head of the creative team (Department of Municipal and Planning - Ajman), and the founder of many development projects for several institutions; which lead them to achieve the first and advanced levels.

Alshaali Made numerous achievements in the field of innovation.  For instant; founding the “The UAE innovation strategy in the water sector”, establishing of the “Innovation strategy of the Ministry of Energy”, Achieving the Award of "The creative statistical employee – Ajman statistical award", developing  institutional innovation system, establishing a practical model of the institutional innovation according to TAM model, preparation of the innovation plan according to EFQM model and conducting of several studies of institutional innovation evaluation.
